My complaint is not about the quality of the rug - it’s about the color. I bought this rug in tourmaline to match towels if the same color. I bought the towels first and used them before I got the bath rug - it never occurred to me that a rug and towels with the same color name and from the same company would NOT match. The Company Store claims this is a slight variation in dye lots. I’ve attached a photo so you can decide if these items match.

Woke I like the rug, I bought the linen color which on the website looks like a light taupe like all ""linen"" colors advertised, however received it, it is like a cream. Unfortunately Nothing like linen.
