Unfortunately, they were unable to catch it and my order was shipped. When I received an order, I fell absolutely in love with my pad. This is the best pad I ever had !!!! It’s super comfortable. My concern was the elastic around the pad. Usually every company makes it from the polyester and it slipped all the time. This pad from The Company makes it from cotton! Which makes it super “gripping “ and it stays on the mattress perfectly. I now used it for almost a week and no slippage at all. Perfect pad ever!!! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Its nice but the sides dont cover the mattress well and it rides up and shifts. It should have better elastic and go under the mattress more. My mattress is only 11 inches. The side material is flimsy and probably wont last very long.

King size beds are 76""x80"", but this king pad is 78""x80"". Why is this? The other sizes match the dimensions of the mattress. Could this be the reason that some people say it bunches or has one side too long?

A: We recommend the Company Cotton Mattress Pad be laundered in a front loading washing machine, without an agitator, cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low in a large capacity dryer. Do not iron. As long as you have this at home, you would not need to use a commercial laundry. Thank you for your inquiry.
