However, my perspective drastically changed when I recently discovered a hole in the duvet cover, a mere two years after purchase. This is not what one would expect from a premium product. When you invest in high-end goods, you anticipate longevity and durability, yet this product has already begun to deteriorate. This experience has not only left me disappointed but also questioning the true value of this brand. If a product can't maintain its integrity for more than two years, I would urge potential buyers to reconsider spending their hard-earned money on a product that may not live up to expectations in the long term.

Terribly wrinkled and crunchy. In no way is this duvet smooth, no matter what care instructions you follow. Not even a strong iron helps. Customer service is not helpful at all.

To reduce wrinkles we recommend drying this collection on a low heat setting, removing promptly, and smoothing by hand before folding or placing on the bed. A: Hi Renee. The Legends Hotel Hewett Egyptian Cotton Sateen Duvet Cover is self reversing. It is the same on both sides, however the embroidered feather motif is only on one side. Thank you for your inquiry.
