Firmness Levels:

I'm extremely disappointed. This was listed as medium firm but it' s very soft. The longer I have this pillow, the softer it's getting. I wake up w/ headaches due to lack of neck support. Do not buy!

Pillow marketed as firm for side sleepers. Much too soft to be comfortable for a side sleepers such as myself. Bought three - gave one as gift and kept two for myself and my husband. Neither of us can use them because they are too soft.

In order to adhere to federal labeling guidelines, the tag will read 80% goose down, referring to whole down clusters of the 700-750 fill power white goose down.
