I had ordered these in firm and found them too hard. So I ordered the soft, sure that would work. But no! The soft are nearly as hard as the firm. Very frustrating. Sending them back...

This pillow was too hard (said Goldilocks). I chose the soft version but it wasn't soft at all. It felt like a sponge pillow.

I would not consider these pillows to be soft. The idea of them are soft but is too thick and if doesn't compress. I would not say it is a good down alternative. I am frustrated to pay return shipping for something that is not accurately described.

Once the product was transitioned and has the certification, product review should reflect this with the current item number 11152A. You say this product is not certified chemical free. Can you say what chemicals you do use in the filling material? I've purchased this pillow in the past and absolutely love it. But I am hesitant to get more knowing that it's not certified as toxic-free
