Designed for back sleepers, the Shoulder Posture Pillow naturally draws shoulders back to counter hunching back and slouching shoulders. I wish I could give this pillow zero stars. It's nice in theory, but very small, absolutely too compressible, and offers nothing in the remote direction of the support that the description suggests. My husband isn't able to use it; I can't use it.
