Free shipping excludes items with heavyweight charges and does not apply to overnight or 2nd day delivery or additional address charges. Returns are accepted within 30 days on all regular price items. Clearance items ending in $.97 are final sale. This door mat is beautiful. However, it started shedding fibers and has continued even after 8 months of use. The fibers track into my house and make a mess. I thought that maybe the fibers would stop shedding after use. Do not waste your money.

Hi Christa J. Thank you for reviewing the beautiful Company Essentials™ Summer Novelty Coir Doormat. Coir mats are made of natural coconut fibers and may shed and loosen over time with use and exposure to elements. This is normal and you should shake off, vacuum , or gently clean it with a brush instead of vacuuming if you wish, as necessary. Excessive moisture may also weaken the structure of the fibers which leads to an increase in shedding so keep in mind that (as indicated online) it is suitable for indoor or covered outdoor areas. We hope this will assist you in caring for your doormat so that the natural shedding is kept to a minimum and the doormat may be enjoyed for a long time to come.
